• If your technician tells you that using compatible supplies nullifies your contract or voids your warranty, tell him that making such claims is a violation of the Sherman & Clayton antitrust act.  It is illegal to require or force owners of machines to use only OEM supplies.

• All remanufactured toner cartridges come with 100% satisfaction guarantee until the cartridge is empty within 1 year of purchase.  If there is any defect with the cartridge, we will repair it or replace it at no charge.  If the cartridge leaks in your printer, there is no charge for us to come and clean your printer.
• All unused / non-defective remanufactured product returns purchased from Laser Tech Systems will be subject to a 20% restocking fee within 6 months of purchase.  Laser Tech Systems is not responsible for paying for or arranging shipping.
• All OEM products that are non-defective returns purchased from Laser Tech Systems may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase, subject to manufacture’s policies.  OEM products are not manufactured by Laser Tech Systems.  The products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.  Package must be sealed and unopened. 

No credit or refund will be issued until the returns are received and processed
